Health & Lifestyle Coaching
Many times as we seek out better health for ourselves, it's easy to get overwhelmed with all the information that's out there. By hiring a coach, we break it down for you & serve your specific goals. Lifestyle Coaching focuses on what Dr. Sonja calls a “mindset reset”; where you’ll break through fears, lies and negative habit patterns that may be holding you back from hitting your goals, transformation, or making lasting changes in your life. This is typically done in 4 visits over 8 weeks (with 2 weeks between coaching sessions).
What to expect:
- Expect to be out of your comfort zone.
- These are COACHING sessions. Think of being on a sports team... the coach trains you into being better at your position. This is what Lifestyle Coaching is like. You will be pushed out of your comfort zone in order to overcome certain fears or habits that may be holding you back.
- There will be homework.
- Journaling is an important piece of this service. You will be sent home with expectations to complete before your next session. This can vary per person because this is an individualized program. The expectations vary depending on your personal goals and needs.
- Allow at least 2 months.
- This is typically done in 4 visits over 8 weeks(with 2 weeks between coaching sessions).
